Since 1990, Rice Builders has rooted itself behind Dennis Rice’s firm commitment to quality craftsmanship, creativity and real value. From attentive site planning, to service after the sale, Dennis strongly believes in a hands-on approach to home building. Rice Builders currently offers homes in Copperleaf (Cary), The Village Square at Amberly (Cary), Bedford at Falls River (North Raleigh), and The Olde Carpenter community in Morrisville. Additionally, we are available for presale opportunities in Maida Vale (Chapel Hill/Durham).
